It was cold in Columbus, but at least it wasn't freezing rain, sleet or hail, as it has been in years past.  The Arnold Classic, 2010 style, was another crazy weekend, as busy as it always is, with some new faces, and some regulars who did not make it, but overall, it was another amazing weekend!

The Expo was as it always is, wall to wall people!  A trip to the bathroom was a 20 minute adventure, a push through masses of elbows, sweaty biceps, fake boobs and brightly logo'd goodie bags...

Lotsa great looking, hard-working people!  You know, our industry is a prime example of the power of the free-market drive fueled by the entrepreneurial spirit - a perfect allegory of the bodybuilding lifestyle!  Set a goal, work hard, focus, work smart...keep on working and make good things happen!
