Bio: In the past year i have lost a total of 40 pounds and entered in my first show WBFF (Alberta Championships)!! placing in the top 10 for diva bikini model.

Nutrition / Supplements: I eat clean 5 days a week and have my cheat meals on the weekends.
Training: i work out 6 days a week 3 days of interval cardio and 5 days of weight traing focusing on a new muscle group each day.
