What Do Your Chain Food Favorites Cost in Exercise?

Do you really know what you are putting into your body?

Why is it so easy to gain weight but hard to lose weight for a majority of people?

Do you know that it takes burning 3500 calories to lose 1 lb ?

If you split that up into 7 days you are looking at 700 calories a day you would need to do extra. There is a much easier solution to this, although I do advise bumping your cardio/activity up.

Carbohyrates- The Naked Truth

Carbohydrates, often referred to as “carbs,” are your body’s primary energy source, and they’re a crucial part of any healthy diet. Carbs should never be avoided, but it is important to understand that not all carbs are alike.

The 6 Steps for Letting Go of the Past

In times things that happen in the past shape our future and who we are but negative things happening can also keep you from being who you are. I always explain things by saying road A or road B. When something negative happens do you run to make another negative choice such as drinking or eating a carton of ice cream? How about you go to the gym and punch away on a boxing bag cook yourself some good healthy food and focus on the positive things in your life. The negatives always have a way of working themselves out by YOU CUTTING THEM OUT.

What is your New Years Resolution?

How many times have you already been asked this question?  Another year passes and we tell ourselves "this is the year we will start working out, eating right or quit smoking".  Within weeks many fail and go back to the old habits.  Do not use a date to start a goal, use a date to finish a goal.  If it takes jan 1 for you to get off your butt and do something more then likely it will take jan 10th for you to sit right back down.
