Celebration Soup

I designed the Celebration Soup for anyone who enjoys the pleasures and taste sensations associated with any holiday season. Before (pre-), during and after (post-) a holiday, it’s enormously important to maintain a strong and highly functional immune system. The immune system is what guards our health and protects us from viral and bacterial infection.
If you want to play you’ve got to pay…make an investment in your health.
After any holiday or change in routine it‘s not uncommon to feel a bit out of sorts due to a rich diet of fancy fare. This nourishing soup recipe assists in body fat loss and provides clean energy needed for great workouts!
The Celebration Soup not only tastes great but also acts as a natural tissue cleanser with numerous inherent healing properties to boot!
Celebration Soup is easy to make. You can store it in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze it safely for 4-6 months. Take this liquid meal to work with you in a Thermos or enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Think big! Cook up a large pot of this wonderful soup. You’ll be surprised at the magnificent taste. Your family will savor the flavor in addition to reaping multitudes of restorative health benefits.
Happy Healthy Holly-Days!
Celebration Soup
In a large pot add 8 cups of filtered water and ½ cup Braggs Aminos.
1 Tablespoon of each of the following:
Grated fresh ginger, fresh grated garlic, crushed chili peppers, Mrs. Dash Original (unsalted).
Bring to a boil then turn heat to simmer.
Add one cup of 5 different vegetables in chopped uniform pieces that you like, for example: Arugula, asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, celery, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, green, red or yellow peppers, green beans, kale, onions, spinach, tomato.
Simmer all of the above ingredients for 2 hours. Voila! You have a clean-burning soup that will get your engine started, warm you up on a cold winter’s night and satisfy your cravings for the celebratory foods that you now need to withdraw from.

Fresh ginger can be helpful to improve alcohol withdrawal. Ginger can act as an antacid, has natural antiviral properties, can work as an anti inflammatory and is a total immune booster.

Fresh garlic has antibiotic properties. Garlic is a febrifuge which reduces and prevents fever, a vermifuge which expels parasites, a sudorific which promotes sweating and a diuretic that boosts the excretion of unwanted fluids.

Chilies contain capsaicin, the potent active substance that gives them their fiery character. Almost 80 percent of the capsaicin in a chili is in its seeds and membranes. Chilies can act as a beneficial digestive tonic. They provide well-known benefits for the heart and circulation and even act as a mild but effective "pick-me-up". Chilies are a good source of Vitamin C and valuable antioxidants.
