HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM JENNIFER NICOLE LEE! CHEERS TO 2010! BELIEVE JNL!

Happy New Year to all! This is my favorite time of the year, where we all make those New Year Resolutions, that sadly enough don't stick. So allow me to motivate you, and help you take your fitness and life to the next level! Instead of resolving this year, why don't you EVOLVE? Just like BSN says, evolution is inevitable and unavoidable! So this year, I'm here to help you achieve what you desire in life-whether its to lose weight, gain muscle, become more productive, or create more joy in your life-YOU CAN COUNT ON ME! Just make it a goal this year to every week visit back to my blog, to find inspiration, and information to keep you fueled and focused!
Many of you know that I am a certified life coach, and that I motivate for a living. My latest book, "The Mind, Body, and Soul Diet" emphasises just how important are goals and goal setting. You must set goals in life to be able to have direction. Having no goals is like flying an airplane with no flight plan, and you are just all over the place. So I am here to help jump start your results, by illustrating the simple process of goal setting. Its a basic 1,2,3 step procedure.
1. First of all, ask yourself "What do I want?" This initial step will help you gain clarity, help you to understand what you want and more importantly help you truly and wholly understand what you want.
Ask yourself this question in all areas of your life.
2. Second, ask yourself "Why do I want this?" This is probably one of the most important steps, because you are now super charging your goals. Your reasons must be powerful and full of emotion. For instance, when weighed over 200 pounds after the birth of my children, and I asked myself why I wanted to lose weight, my answer was full of power. The reason was so I could be the best mom and wife, full of energy, with enough stamina to take care of my loved ones. It was not a shallow or superficial answer like "to look better than a bikini." So on step two, get real with yourself and make sure you magnetize your goals by searching for meaningful reasons to why you want to achieve your goals.
3. And lastly, the third step, ask yourself "How am I going to achieve this and these goals?" Your mind is a powerful tool, and as I always say its the strongest muscle in your entire body. And your mind will give you answers if you ask it questions. And you will get answers here. I cant answer your questions for you, because its not cookie cutter, and everyone is a unique individual. I just show you how you can become more self reliant, and independent. And with your answers to your third step, you can now create a plan of action. Just plan your work and then work your plan.
 
So with the new year here, and 2010 around the corner, and everyone feeling the pain from the weight gain-I urge you to take the time to put yourselves back on your to do lists!
