I even find myself that having a green Smoothie made of a raw protein, leafy green vegetables and fruits  has been a great success factor for my overall energy, digestion, and physique..what a different it made . Sometimes its the smaller things that make a big difference in your physique and how you look and feel! I have to Thank my friend and client Mary Luciano for teaching me about the benefits of incorporating more raw vegetables into my diet, and a green smoothie of course....my stomach problems have now disappeared and my digestion is great. Are you an athlete who is serious about conditioning before stepping onto the competitive stage? Do you spend endless hours in the gym and watch your diet to ensure proper nutrition? After all your hard work, when the intense training for your competition is over, are you left feeling fatigued and depleted?

If you are looking for something to give you a competitive edge during competition, a way to increase your endurance, help you recover faster, build muscle quickly, restore and replenish your body, then look no further, raw and living foods could be the key to your success.

Athletes constantly push limits to look their best on stage putting tremendous stress on their bodies. By incorporating raw and living foods into your diet it can help repair and rebuild muscle tissue better and faster pre and post competition. Fruits, vegetables, sprouted nuts and seeds are excellent sources of the most absorbable amino acids available. Being raw, they retain most of their nutritional value. They also contain enzymes and oxygen which your body needs during exercise.

As an athlete, you know that proper nutrition is critical to health and successful performance. Consuming raw and living foods as part of your regular diet can increase your endurance, energy, vitality, strength and athletic performance in a natural, healthy way. Raw and living foods provide you with natural and healthy choices to help you achieve your athletic goals with less traumatic and lengthy recovery.
