Being on the cover of Status: What an accomplishment! It would mean so much and would add that extra spice to my modeling portfolio.
Bio: Well let's see here. I workout 5 days a week. Mostly kickboxing. When I'm not at the gym or on the water surfing and wakeboarding I spend my time making money. I own a cleaning company as my 'real'job but I am also a Coors Promo Model, a Bomb Squad Ring Girl, and a Tablerock Talent girl!

Nutrition / Supplements: For Breakfast I like to eat oatmeal w/soy milk or fruit.
Lunch is usually salad or some sort of wheat sandwhich.
Dinner is grilled chicken and veggies or rice.
Snacks are protein bars, raw veggies, fruit, or smoothies.
Before working out I take White Flood. It gives me that extra energy boost I need for my 1.5 hour kickboxing in the morning. Especially because I am NOT a morning person.
Training: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings I do cardio kickboxing and abs for 1.5 hours.
Tuesday I do upper body lifting and Thursdays are lower body. Since I am a chick, I don't want to look like a bodybuilder or man, so I keep my weight lifting to a minimum and try to stay focused on staying lean and tone by doing a lot more cardio!
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: It's something new and different. Edgy. And full of useful information.
