Being on the cover of Status: I could go on forever why I want to be on the cover of Status. I believe with all my heart and soul it just makes sense for this to be the direction for me to go. I will do my best to represent your magazine to the best of my ability: athletically, physically and mentally.
Bio: I have been in and out of the gym my whole life. I enjoy playing sports such as hockey, volleyball, and rugby. Eventually school and work took over my life and it became difficult to fit everything into my life that I love doing. Not being able to have the active lifestyle I had become accustomed to in the past was wearing me down. I finally decided to take some time out and compete in my very first figure competition. My dedication finally paid off and near the end of 2011 I took 2nd place in my first competition. The journey it takes to get there and to walk on stage in top shape, is priceless.

Nutrition / Supplements: 5 small meals a day. A multivitamin, calcium, glutamine, green tea, pre workout, protein shake, and fat burners.
Training: 4 days cardio, 5 weight training days, and 2-4 days of kickboxing.
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: Shows what real people go through every day with life routines and obstacles. I choose to live a healthy and active lifestyle no matter how busy life seems to get.
