Being on the cover of Status: Would be a dream come true! Being able to represent my favorite magazine and help inspire others to reach their goals would be incredible. I have dedicated my life to fitness and nutrition and this would show others that if you fight hard enough you can make anything happen!
Bio:
Fitness has always been a big part of my life! I was athletic in my teens and dedicated myself to being in shape and healthy. When I got to college I gained about 30 pounds and I was devastated by how I looked and felt about myself. I overcame all that and worked harder than ever to get back on track and rededicate myself. I am now putting that time out there for all to see so
I can help others reach their goals and see that anything is possible. I'm now working on doing my first show in June!

Nutrition / Supplements: 5 small meals a day, BCAA, AMINOs, Multi-Vitamin, and OhYeah! Protein as a mid-day snack!
Training:
Cardio - I focus on 20 minutes of intervals 3 to 4 day a week
Strength Training - I have 4 days of weights. I break them up as follows;
Legs, Chest and Tris, Back and Bi's, and Shoulders.
Abs - I do two days of Obliques and two days of core/center work!
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: It focuses on real people and helping them to achieve their goals with articles, videos, and advise! I am finding it extremely helpful as I prepare for my first ever fitness show!
