Being on the cover of Status: Being on the cover on Status would be incredible. It would make me feel like hard work and determination that I give everyday will have paid off. I also would hope to inspire other women that their goals can be achieved once they set their mind to it.
Bio: I am a single mother of 2 children. I work full-time, go to school full-time, and compete in figure competitions. I love to compete and I like to be a good example for my daughters. I love to work-out and it has always been a huge part of my life. I just started competing at the end of 2010 but already have come a long way and hoping to go even further in the sport
and become a pro-athlete.
Nutrition / Supplements: C4 pre-workout, sometimes Jack3d, Iso 100 whey, Lipo 6 Black and lots of vitamins!
Training: I currently train about 5-6 days a week. I alternate my upper and lower body and section out a couple different body parts per day. I do cardio 4 days a week at 30 minutes each session and it usually done on the stairmaster.
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: When you open Status magazine all you see is these perfectly sculpted figures to inspire people to work harder. You set the bar higher and make us as individuals want more. You also give unique tips an examples of how we can achieve the specific look we are going for.
