Being on the cover of Status: would truly be a dream come true! I would be so proud to be on such a stand-up publication. I'd also love to inspire other mothers out there that they can be fit after babies!!!
Bio: Meagan teaches dance (bellydance and Latin) as well as fitness classes out of her Toronto studio - flow fitness. She also enjoys competing regularly in fitness model competitions www.meagan.ca

Nutrition / Supplements:
5 - 6 small meals of clean protein/carb/fat per day. Lots of tuna, fish, chicken, egg whites, veggies, and a few whole grains
Training: mix of heavy weights/low reps and lighter weights/higher reps in each workout, work one muscle group/week, lots of cardio including running and walking to get me places and teaching at my studio!
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: It's awesome - the layout and design is beautiful! And of course I always look forward to all the interesting and varied content - my fave!
