Being on the cover of Status: This year I achieved one of my dreams of becoming an IFBB Fitness Professional. I lost 100 lbs since the birth of my son in 2008 and it is now my dream to be on the cover of Status and continue to inspire people to go after their dreams and Believe!
Bio: As a gymnast growing up I have always felt a passion to push the limits of my body and find that next obstacle to overcome. I am a Mom that competes, coaches gymnastics, and runs a fitness business with the belief that if you really want to, you can have and balance it all!

Nutrition / Supplements: I follow a very clean diet 80 - 90% of the time on a regular basis. I had to eliminate sugar almost completely as my body craves it if I let it even have a little bit! I supplement amino acids, and vitamins - particularly vitamin D and B12 - super important for overall health and recovery.
Training: I love training with body weight above all else. Gymnastics, yoga, and plyometrics are my favorite ways to work out. My body type requires me to combine this type of training with moderate weight training for sculpting shape and refining my physique. Along with killer high intensity cardio!
