Being on the cover of Status: This would be an amazing dream come true! For the past several years I have wanted to transform my body and use the art of fitness to not only better myself but to also reach out to others and being on the cover of Status would help me obtain that goal.
Bio:I am from Alabama where I was a college gymnast and college cheerleader. I've been through three reconstructive surgeries one on my elbow and two on my left knee. When I recovered I wasn't sure of what I would be able to do but I needed to feed the fire inside me to continue performing and keeping my body and mind fit! I joined the NPC in 2011 where I won the Battle at the Coast, The SouthEastern Classic, Team Universe (where I received my Pro Card) and then I had my Pro Debut at the Ft. Lauderdale Cup this past October and I can't wait for more! I currently work a full time job as a Merchandise Manager at a College
bookstore and I also volunteer my time as a Strength and Conditioning coach at the University with the student-athletes.

Nutrition / Supplements: Flaxseed, fish oils, Anabolic Pump, RoxyLean, SuperPump Max, Casein Protein, and Muscle Tech Chocolate weigh protein because it tastes amazing!
Training:
I train 6 days a week.
Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Cardio only for 45 minutes and routine work in the evening
Thursday: Back and biceps
Friday: Shoulders
I do cardio 4 days a week and only cardio (no weights) on Wednesday and Saturday.
