Bio: Since childhood and till present I was involved in different sports such as swimming, skiing, climbing, dancing and gymnastics. Recently, I have started competing in fitness contests as a bikini model. I am a in the process of getting second undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

Nutrition / Supplements: Healthy nutrition is very important to me. I eat 5-6 times small meals every 2-4 hours a day. I love seafood, fruits and vegetables. In addition, I take vitamins.
Training: I exercise 3-4 times a week, usually for an hour or two. I do resistance training. and cardiovascular training. To have more fun and enjoyment I add swimming, running in the park, hiking and climbing to cardiovascular training. Since my workout regiment and eating habits are constant I stay fit throughout the year and not just for a short period of time.
