Hello everyone here at STATUS!
I am very excited to be joining the team as I embark on my journey to take my body to the next level for my photoshoot coming up with David Ford for STATUS at the 2012 Arnold Classic!
My goal is to start doing more intense training revolved around gaining strength/power in combination with some speed/agility training as well as MMA. I am very excited to see the transformation in my body over the next 5 months. I have always pushed myself extremely hard in the gym, but now it is time for something new.
Having my own fully functional studio will prove to be extremely beneficial for my goal as I am also lucky enough to be surrounded by some pretty amazing athletes who I will be training with. As of right now we are putting the final touches on the second floor and once it is complete, I will post some photos of the space.
In addition to my own training that I can do utilizing our traditional free-weights and cable machines, I will be able to participate in the speed training, jujitsu, taekwondo, & boxing classes that we will offer taught by some top athletic training in the world such as Michael Tang, Dicky Eklund, and John Carlisle.
This week I will be doing a major overhaul on my meal plan and will share with you what I plan to eat as well as which supplements I will be taking. I will also be writing down all my current measurements to track my progress as well as my training schedule.
But until then, I will post a most recent photo that was taken this week (10/3/2011) so that we can compare it to the end results!
