Being on the cover of Status: Would be a dream come true! Not only would I accomplish my goal of finally being a cover model, but I'd get to do it with a magazine I respect, as opposed to being on something along the lines of Shape magazine which seems to glorify the "skinny-fat" look rather than a healthy muscular look!
Bio: I graduated college with a BS in Mechanical Engineering then spent the first 5 years of my career in Engineering and IT - I quickly realized corporate america was NOT for me. My passion lied in health and fitness. I started competing in Figure shows then created a side-business in Nutritional Consulting, which quickly floursihed into my full-time job!

Nutrition / Supplements: I change around my nutrition depending on goals. Generally my bodytype does better on higher fats and lower carbs. Supplements I use year-round are glutamine, creatine, slin-trol (chrom. and van.), BCAAs, and a preworkout drink like Vasocharge
Training: 4 days weight lifting year round. Off-season will do some light cardio postworkout. During contest prep it's cardio everyday, with High Int. Interval Training on my non-weight days.
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: Status has style! Plus it features well-know fitness athletes and gives real-advice useful for people who want to sculpt a strong, muscular, healthy body!
